One unit of 800kva diesel generator installed on site

One unit of 800kva diesel generator delivered to our Customer in China,This generator is set in a special Generator Room,Under the help of our Engineer,the generator is installed in the middle of the generator room to guarantee the enough air flow,the generator is set on a level concrete base,and the generator is equipped with 10 units of shock absorber pads to reduce the vibration.

Power Cables Connection:After setting the generator,our engineer choose 2 units of 3*185+1*95mm2 cables to connect with the electric box,How to choose the cable specification? please click here.The power of this generator is 640KW/800KVA,so it need to combine two units of 3*185+1*95mm2 power cables.

Fuel Tank Connection:According to the using time,customer can choose the capacity of the fuel tank,Connect the fuel tank with the engine through plastic hoses,please be noted that there are two connections in the engine,one is fuel inlet,other is fuel outlet,because not all fuel which enter into the engine will be burn out, there are surplus fuel will back to the fuel tank,that will be helpful to save the fuel.

Exhaust Pipes(Silencer) Connection:The exhaust pipes must be set to the outside through the wall,we will equip silencer(muffler) with the generator to help reduce the engine noise.
